On Wednesday, August 25, 2021, the cultural attaché at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Kingdom and a number of the mission’s leaders and employees attended a remote workshop via the Zoom platform, which was held by the General Secretariat of the Missions in cooperation with the General Department of Performance Measurement at the Planning Agency, entitled “Performance Measurement Indicators” . The workshop was under the supervision of the Secretary-General of the Attachés, Dr. Ali Al-Kildi, and the Director General of Performance Measurement, Dr. Muhammad Kentab.
The workshop was presented by Mr. Ibrahim Al Hohoud from the General Administration for Performance Measurement, in the presence of more than 80 participants from the Saudi cultural commissions around the world.
The workshop aims to explain the knowledge and skills needed to develop performance indicators to measure the implementation of strategic goals, according to an approved scientific methodology, knowledge of performance indicators, how they work, and an understanding of the performance management methodology in the context of the work of Saudi cultural attaches in different countries of the world.
Organizing such workshops aims to improve the performance of the cultural attachés, rehabilitate their employees, and develop their functional and professional capabilities. And to ensure their alignment and compatibility with the aspirations of human development to achieve the aspirations of the rational leadership, and to keep pace with the vision of the Kingdom 2030
